Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Guest”) and MB MyRetreat (hereinafter referred to as “MyRetreat”, “we”), registered in Lithuania (company code 306437141, address: V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius). These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and other offerings provided by MyRetreat.
The cabin booked through our platform is hereinafter referred to as the “Cabin”. The person making the reservation is referred to as the “Guest”; if the reservation is made for another person, both individuals are considered “Guests”.
1. Services
1.1. MyRetreat offers nature-based getaways with a focus on digital detox. The minimum stay is two nights (unless otherwise agreed), and the service is provided for one or two people.
1.2. The cabin is fully equipped with sleeping and kitchen areas and bathroom.
2. Reservation
2.1. By making a reservation, you agree to pay the total booking price along with any selected additional service fees (the “Total Amount”). Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and a direct agreement between you and MyRetreat is considered established.
2.2. You must review and accept all applicable terms and rules before making a reservation.
3. Arrival and departure
3.1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).
3.2. The cabin must be left clean, with all trash and waste properly disposed, if the cabin is left in an unacceptable condition, a cleaning or repair fee will apply – €20 per hour, depending on the additional cleaning, laundry, or repair needed. These fees must be paid within 30 days after check-out.
3.3. If any items or equipment are found missing after inspection, a compensation fee will apply. The amount is based on the original value and depreciation of the item and must be paid within 30 days after check-out.
3.4. MyRetreat is not responsible for your personal lost or damaged items. If personal belongings are found by staff, they will be returned if the guest covers return costs.
4. Pets
4.1. Dogs are welcome at MyRetreat and may stay free of charge. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed, other animals are unfortunately not permitted.
4.2. Guests must clean up after their pets.
4.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets to the MyRetreat property or third parties.
4.4. If a pet poses a threat to the safety, health, or well-being of others or to MyRetreat property, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without any compensation.
5. Children
5.1. The cabin is intended to be used by 2 adults aged 18 and over, but children are welcome to join. We do not provide special beds or equipment for children, so guests are responsible for bringing necessary items to ensure their child’s comfort. MyRetreat takes no responsibility for children’s safety during the stay.
6. Gift vouchers
6.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website at myretreat.lt.
6.2. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6.3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If not used within the validity period, the value is forfeited.
6.4. Each voucher may be used only once. If the value used is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance is not refunded.
7. Restrictions and Liability
7.1. Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited, including electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco, and all other smoking products.
7.2. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or your guests. Full compensation must be paid to MyRetreat for any damage or loss; if not, you are liable for any resulting claims, including legal costs.
7.3. The use of open flames inside the cabin is strictly prohibited, except in the fireplace using materials provided by MyRetreat. This includes (but is not limited to) candles, incense, lanterns, or any open flame devices.
7.4. Commercial photography and filming are not permitted without prior written consent from MyRetreat. Any permitted content must clearly credit MyRetreat and include a reference or tag to myretreat.lt on all platforms.
7.5. Inviting additional overnight or short-term guests is strictly prohibited.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Guest-Initiated
8.1. If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, you may:
- Receive a full refund (excluding fees),
- Reschedule your stay (if the new total is lower, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, you must pay the difference. Only one reschedule allowed.),
- Receive a voucher equivalent to the amount paid (excluding fees).
8.2. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival:
- If the cancellation is made 7–14 calendar days before arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the guest.
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days before arrival, a 100% booking fee applies – the paid amount is non-refundable regardless of the circumstances (illness, travel changes, etc.).
8.3. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, you are granted a 24-hour “cooling-off period” to cancel and receive a full refund (excluding transaction fees), reschedule, or receive a voucher.
MyRetreat-Initiated
8.5. If MyRetreat cannot provide the service, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
8.6. MyRetreat is not liable for losses caused by cancellation due to breach of rules or terms, nor for any expenses or losses incurred due to such changes or cancellations.
8.7. If a guest poses a threat to themselves, others, property, or animals, MyRetreat reserves the right to terminate the stay without prior notice. No refund or transportation assistance will be provided, and MyRetreat will not cover any costs incurred in such cases.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. MyRetreat is not liable if service provision is hindered by natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, or other events beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Websites
10.1. MyRetreat is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information on third-party websites. Any attempt to interfere with our site is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access if the website is compromised by viruses, fraud, unauthorized access, technical failures, or other uncontrollable issues.
11. Fire Safety and Conduct
11.1. MyRetreat is located in a forested area. Fires are only allowed in the designated firepit.
11.2. No open flames are allowed in the forest. Do not leave the hot tub furnace unattended. Only burn firewood provided by MyRetreat – no household waste or other materials.
11.3. The indoor fireplace must be used safely. Do not burn anything other than MyRetreat provided firewood. Never leave the fireplace or stove unattended, leave the fireplace door open or place items near/on it.
11.5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the MyRetreat grounds.
12. Guest Responsibilities
12.1. Guests are responsible for the safety and suitability of any food they bring.
12.2. MyRetreat is not liable for injuries or damage caused by guest negligence or failure to follow rules and safety regulations.
12.3. Guests are fully responsible for accidents that occur on or off the MyRetreat property (e.g., during hikes).
12.4. Guests must compensate for damage to any tangible or intangible assets on the premises. Material liability is determined under Lithuanian law.
12.5. If a fire is caused by guest negligence, all damages must be compensated by the guest.
12.6. All items in the cabin and on the MyRetreat premises are property of MyRetreat and must not be taken. Any losses must be reimbursed.

13. Copyright
13.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights of content on myretreat.lt belong to MB MyRetreat. Any copying, distribution, or use of text, images, sound, or other content for commercial purposes is prohibited without our written consent. All names, logos, and trademarks are the property of MyRetreat and may not be used without written permission.
14. Privacy and Communication
14.1. By booking a stay, you agree to receive relevant communication via email or phone.

15. GDPR Compliance
15.1. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
15.2. You are the “data controller”; MyRetreat is the “data processor”.
15.3. Data is processed only to the extent necessary to provide services.

16. Notices and Communication
16.1. All official notices must be in writing.
16.2. Notices are considered delivered once received.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
18.1. Any disputes between the guest and MyRetreat shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
